Google Pixel 3
The upcoming Pixel phone is sure to be the best smartphone of 2017.
It will be the third generation of the pixel smartphones with rumours
pointing to a drastic change in design. Early reports suggests that
there will be three new pixel phones this year as the development names
have been leaked online. The three codenames are “Crosshatch“,
“Albacore“, and “Blueline“. In addition to that, the phone will have 7nm
Snapdragon 845 processor under the hood and will operate on
to-be-announced Android 9.0 P. Rumors suggest the Pixel 3 could land in
October.
As expected, Vivo has officially launched its much-awaited flagship smartphone, the Vivo V9 today in Nepal. The new Vivo V9 is a successor to the last year’s Vivo V7+. It comes with a metal frame and a curved glass fitted on the rear panel. In addition to that, it also sports an iPhone X like-notch on top of the display. The smartphone is currently offered in only one configuration- 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
Talking about the specifications, the device comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ FullView display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio. In addition, it bears an incredible 90% screen-to-body ratio display. Under the hood, the phone has an octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. It packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. The phone is powered by a 3260mAh battery and runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with Funtouch OS 4.0 UI on top. As for the security, the Vivo V9 features a fingerprint scanner at the rear and supports facial recognition.
On the camera front, the smartphone is packed with a dual camera setup at the back. The camera uses a primary 16-megapixel sensor and secondary 5-megapixel sensor aided by f/2.0 and f2/.4 apertures respectively. As for the selfies, the phone bears a whopping 24-megapixel sensor accompanied by f/2.0 aperture, AR Stickers and AI Face Beauty mode.
